I’m 22 and I have very faint ‘laugh lines’ so is now a good age to start using anti-wrinkle cream? Will you look younger if you start using it at an early age?

I would start using it now. Main thing, get a good moisturiser that suits your skin and has an SPF, and an anti-aging serum is a good idea.
you can use it whenever but wherever the skin folds a lot you will have wrinkles–that is why there are lines all over our palms
i would use it around 30 or whenever you need to
I think it should be used at an older age at 22 you don’t need it
