I know many patients with Parkinsonis’s. It needs medicines to control. There is some scope for surgery as well. You may visit following sites-

This site tells that massage also helps-

I was diagnosed 5 yrs ago and the main thing that helps for me is the medications. Some non-pharmaceutical things that help for me are massage, exercise, and stretching.

I have parkinsons and fouund this out by the decreasing function of my basic motor skills. I began to shanke while writing and couldnt walk ‘normally’. My gait was much slower than it had been. I immediately sought medical attention because it was not a pleasant excperience. My parents were not too excited to see me in such a fragile position so I spent the week with several doctors. My case is extreme, however. The doctors took too long, in my opinion, in dianosing my condition. My advice is to go see a doctor and hell lead you in the right direction.
