As far as i know there are no such promising treatments.

There are some people who are diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and then find out later that they actually have celiac disease instead with the loss of coordination as the only symptom. Anyone with parkinson’s should at least try a gluten free diet to see if that is the cause.
