don’t know, but I’ve sent him a cheque to protect our protectors fighting fund because it’s totally wrong to treat him so badly.

you have to be on benefits to qualify for legal aid.

We have become an immoral and inverted society.

Those who contribute get nothing.

Once again we see the true face of an uncaring socialist government who sent our troops to fight and die and don’t even have the morals to look after them when they are injured. He should have been an RAF typist claiming to have RSI and he would have been on ‘easy street’.

I am a disabled war pensioner and if this is the fellow I hear about who is getting £170.000 odd as injury reparation he should stop whinging. He will get war pension at 100%, unemployability supplement, mobility supplement, DLA at the highest rate and incapacity benefit. This comes to over £450 a week and his parents will get carers allowance on top.
Assuming he lives for another 50 years, he will get over £1.3 million at todays prices. Most PPL will never see that sort of money, he should stop whinging.
